Shipping Information

DISPATCH TIMES VARY ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY.

- Orders made within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri.

Standard shipping is 'tracked and signed for' delivery and usually takes between 3-5 working days to be processed and another 72 hours / 3 - 4 days to be delivered (excluding weekends). This means typically: if you order e.g. on Monday 1st before 1pm, your order will be processed by Monday 8th and then it should be delivered latest by Friday 12th; assuming there are no payment delays on your part or no public holidays or postal carrier delays.

Express delivery takes 1-3 working days to be processed and another 48 hours / 1 - 2 days excluding the weekend to be delivered. This means typically: if you order e.g. on Monday 1st before 1pm, your order will be processed by Thursday 4th and then it should be delivered latest by Monday 8th; assuming there are no payment delays on your part or no public holidays or postal carrier delays.

 

Orders will not be processed if payment is incomplete or pending. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR; for security purposes.

 

 We will always endeavour to get your order to you at the earliest opportunity. These are merely guidelines and estimates so that you as a customer have a rough idea about how long delivery should typically take.


- We also ship our products internationally, to over 250 different regions
worldwide, which include Europe, North America and Africa. The delivery time is 7-10 working days on average.

 

- Custom Wigs are hand-made to perfection and therefore processing time is at least 5 -10 days. Once your order has been processed shipping takes about 3-7 business days depending on the shipping option that you choose. If your address is unconfirmed or there is a discrepancy between your billing and shipping address;you will be notified via email to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery.

 

If you need your hair for a certain date it is highly recommended that you place your order a minimum of  two weeks prior to that date to avoid any disappointment.

 

 

Important information: 

You will be notified by email in the event that several delivery attempts to your address fail and your order is returned to us. 

Please note – All orders made during special sales usually take an extra few days from the normal delivery time (excluding weekends). Shipping and processing times are just an ESTIMATE, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
