GENERAL

a) The following terms and conditions set out determine the basis on which you can use our website. You are therefore accepting these terms and conditions by ordering from and using 'shopSERAIAH.com'. which may be updated by us from time to time.

TERMS OF SALE

a) All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once the goods have been dispatched, you are accepting a contract between yourself and 'shopSERAIAH.com'.

b) We aim to have all wigs, extensions, cosmetics and products online available for purchase, however if for any reason a product becomes unavailable after sale, we will contact you immediately, giving you the option to wait until it becomes available or receive a full refund to the payment card/method used.

c) You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of purchase when placing an order online with 'www.shopSERAIAH.com'. It is your responsibility therefore to ensure that all details provided are accurate and that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Prices in different currencies may fluctuate and all prices are subject to change.

d) Descriptions and prices on our website are thoroughly checked, however in the case that errors appear, you will be contacted immediately once discovered and issued with the correct details, with the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we receive no response the order will be cancelled.

DELIVERY

a) Dispatch times may vary according to product availability.

b) Collection / Free Delivery to Seraiah Artistry available for Seraiah Artistry Clients. Cosmetics and all other products are subject to Standard delivery (3-5 Working Days) after order has been processed. Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) after order has been processed. 

REFUND POLICY

a) ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! We have a NO refund NO return policy so please proceed with full certainty before placing a online order to avoid any inconveniences. The nature of our products do not allow for refunds to be made, however exchanges can be made with a product of the same value, under the terms that:
* The product is defective upon arrival and is reported with relevant evidence for an exchange within 48hrs of receiving the item after which returns cannot be processed.
* The product has NOT been opened, used, brushed out, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle, worn, tampered with or processed in anyway, and is still in its original state and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any sale/returns or exchanges if there are signs that the product has been tampered with or otherwise used.
* The fault lies with us sending products that you did not order.
b) All shipping/postal fee will be at the expense of the customer, with the customer having full responsibility over the item until it has been received by us. it is therefore advised to use a service that provides a tracking number and signature by the recipient. As we will not take any responsibility for lost items during exchange process.

 

If you’d like to return a product, please email seraiahartistry@gmail.com or seraiahcosmetics@gmail.com with your Invoice number and reason for return. 

Please allow 5 days for us to process your returns.

 

CANCELLATIONS

The company will not be liable for covering any purchasing fee costs; should you choose to cancel any orders made in error or cancel any orders at your own request before or after processing.  Paypal, Stripe and other purchasing merchants charge us a variable fee to accept payment which we absorb as courtesy. The funds are kept by the merchant and not the company.

In the instance we have not completed an order in full, these costs will be reflected in your refund.

Example: Payment - £300.00, merchant fee is £4.90. We refund £295.10 excluding merchant fee.
